MCMC Academy has established collaborations with local and international Institutions of Higher Learning (IHLs) to develop Micro-Credential (MC) courses, providing adult learners with flexible opportunities to enhance their skills, stack credentials, and earn transferable credits towards accredited academic programmes. These MC courses support lifelong learning by offering multiple exit pathways, in line with the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) Framework. This collaboration is a strategic initiative to ensure that the programmes offered by IHLs remain industry-relevant and aligned with national workforce development goals. By bridging the gap between education and industry needs, these MC courses empower learners with in-demand skills, contributing to a more skilled and professional workforce.
