Leading the Future: Navigating the Next Frontier in Technology Leadership

To thrive in an era of evolving technological advancements, Malaysia must cultivate bold, innovative leaders. MCMC Academy is leading the charge, with a vision to position Malaysia as an ASEAN talent hub for the communications and multimedia (C&M) industry by 2026. Recognising the urgent need for tech-savvy leadership, MCMC Academy partnered with Huawei to launch the Digital Leadership Excellence (DLE) Programme— a pioneering initiative designed to bridge the gap between leadership and technology. Over three years, 300 digital leaders will be trained through a holistic learning journey that includes expert-led workshops, real-world projects, Huawei tech conferences, and practical industry attachments. Participants will gain deep insights into AI, IoT, cybersecurity, and green technology—turning knowledge

Participants developed impactful capstone projects addressing key national challenges, offering technology-driven solutions for Malaysia’s digital transformation. These projects serve as valuable references for policymakers and industry leaders and will be shared publicly to encourage collaboration.
