The amendment made to the Communications and Multimedia (Licensing) Regulations 2000 (“Licensing Regulations 2000”) involves the revision to the period of individual licence and the mode of payment of the initial payment for applicable annual licence fee imposed on individual licence under the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 (“CMA98”).
