Additionally, MCMC does not have detailed information on blog owners, social media accounts, email users, or IP addresses, except when obtained during an investigation conducted under the relevant Acts.
If you wish to obtain the suspect’s information for civil legal action, you need to secure a court order and serve the order to the relevant parties, such as the Internet service or web hosting service provider, to request the relevant information.
MCMC is not allowed to give a suspect's personal information obtained through our investigation to the complainant or the public. MCMC can only submit information to the investigating authority (Law Enforcement Agencies) or the court.
What actions can be taken if the website operators reside outside the country Obtaining information and assistance from a website administrator operating outside the country is limited and depends on the nature of the offense.
