When did Malaysia start transitioning to IPv6?

In 2015, MCMC issued Commission Direction No. 2 of 2015 (link  https://www.mcmc.gov.my/skmmgovmy/media/General/pdf/Commission-Direction_IPv6.pdf) under Section 51 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, mandating all Network Service Providers (NSPs) in Malaysia to provide IPv6-capable networks and services to their customers by 30 June 2015.
