How Malaysians are Protected

ONSA strengthens online safety by setting clearer expectations for licensed service providers.


Mitigation of Exposure to Harmful Content

Licensed service providers shall implement the measures to mitigate the risk of users being exposed to harmful content.

Accessible Reporting Mechanisms

Licensed service providers shall make available on their services a mechanism that enable users to make a report regarding any content that the users believe is a harmful content.

Easier Reporting and Access to Support

User have clearer ways to report harmful content and seek assistance.

Safer Online Experience for Children

Licensed service providers shall implement the measures as specified in the code to ensure safe use of their services by child users
