About the Conference

A global platform for the next digital era

The International Regulatory Conference (IRC) 2026, a continuity from previous years since 2024, is hosted by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC). It brings together regulators, industry leaders and experts to explore the theme “Shaping the Next Digital Era: Regulation, Resilience and Trust.”

The focus is on the digital economy and regulatory matters within the Communications & Multimedia (C&M) sector, positioning Malaysia as a leader in global telecommunications policy and reinforcing MCMC’s role in international regulatory discussions.
