Here’s your opportunity to collaborate with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and Media Prima Digital at the upcoming Define, Design, Develop (D3) event on Aug 23 and 24. D3 is a 24-hour mobile and Over-the-Top applications development competition on the Windows, Android and iOS platforms.
It will be held at Wakalab, the youth and community arm at Media Prima Digital in Bangsar. Local mobile app experts will be on the ground to lend assistance where needed, transferring technological know-how and experience to participants.D3 aims to gather the public to build digital applications and solutions for the rural community.The challenge is to build digital apps integrating real life in the categories of entertainment and lifestyle and help contribute to a connected community.
Should you win this challenge there’s a RM15,000 cash prize and RM10,000 bursary.The second prize is RM10,000 cash plus RM10,000 bursary. The third is RM5,000 cash plus and RM10,000 bursary. The bursaries are from the MCMC.
